Carly McPeak joined the firm in 2017 as an associate attorney. Her primary areas of focus are family and humanitarian-based immigration applications, including asylum, adjustment of status, naturalization, and consular processing. She previously worked at the Kansas Coalition Against Sexual and Domestic Violence (KCSDV), representing victims in humanitarian-based immigration cases. In her work at KCSDV, Carly trained law enforcement, attorneys, and other professionals on issues pertaining to immigrant victims. Since joining the firm, she continues her advocacy for immigrants as a faculty member for the Kansas Academy for Victim Assistance (KAVA).
Carly graduated from Washburn University School of Law in 2013. During law school, she represented clients through the Washburn Law Clinic in both family law cases as well as humanitarian-based immigration cases. She also interned for an adoption law firm, focusing on private and contested adoptions.
Carly is fluent in Spanish.
