Christin Tolle joined the firm in 2018 as an associate immigration attorney.
Christin’s practice is primarily focused on business and employment-based applications, including H-1B Skilled Worker Visas, Employment-Based Lawful Permanent Residence (“Green Card”) Petitions, I-94/CPD Policy and Procedures, Employer I-9 Compliance, and Employment Practices with Foreign Workers.
Christin speaks Spanish.
Christin graduated from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law in 2018, where she honed her research and writing skills as a Research Editor on the UMKC Law Review and as a Research Assistant to Professor Irma Russell. During law school, Christin interned with the Johnson County District Attorney’s Office for a year in the Child in Need of Care division.
While there, she had the rare privilege of regularly representing the State of Kansas in court as a student, helping to protect children who were victims of abuse and neglect, while working to rehabilitate and reunite families affected by these issues.
Christin also interned with Legal Aid of Western Missouri, working specifically with their immigration division and Migrant Farm Workers Project.
While there, she performed outreach to migrant workers in Southeastern Missouri and gained experience assisting clients with various immigration issues.
