Dayton joined the firm in 2022. Whether working with an individual or a business, she is dedicated to understanding her client’s needs and goals, and to finding the best options for each situation. Before going to law school, Dayton was a legal assistant at a small immigration law firm where she worked closely with clients and became invested in their immigration stories. That experience fueled her decision to go to law school and continues to inform her dedication to her clients as an attorney.
Dayton graduated magna cum laude from Washburn University in 2022. While in law school, she served as an Articles Editor for the Washburn Law Journal, interned for the honorable Dan Crabtree at the U.S. Court for the District of Kansas, served as an Academic Fellow, and worked for the Kansas Housing Resources Corporation.
Dayton studied for a semester in Mendoza, Argentina, speaks Spanish, and loves connecting across cultures. She is motivated to use her experience for the benefit of her clients at McCrummen & McCullick Immigraton Law Group.
While working as a legal assistant, Dayton volunteered at Mission Adelante, a ministry centered on serving and welcoming immigrants.
During law school, Dayton was a member of the International Law Society. She was also involved in the Christian Legal Society and served as President of the Washburn chapter for a year.
Dayton enjoys exploring small towns, trying out new recipes, board games with friends, hiking, yoga, and running (occasionally).
